To make this hand crafted seared rice formula, just:

Scramble your eggs: Using a little pat of margarine, scramble a few eggs in a huge sauté container, breaking them into little pieces as you go. At that point move the eggs to a different plate, and put in a safe spot.

Sauté your veggies and garlic: Return your sauté skillet to the warmth, and sauté the onions, carrots, peas and garlic until delicate and cooked through.

Sautéed food rice: Then turn the burner to high warmth. Scooch the veggies over aside of the skillet, dissolve the excess margarine in the other half, and add the chilled rice, soy sauce, and clam sauce (if utilizing). At that point mix to consolidate with the veggies and keep sautéing the rice, blending each 15-20 seconds or so for 3 minutes, or until you notice the rice and veggies beginning to brown marginally.

Eliminate dish from heat. Also, mix in your green onions, sesame oil, and fried eggs.

Taste and season. Give the rice a taste, and season with salt and pepper, in addition to any additional soy sauce or sesame oil if necessary.

Serve! At that point dish it up and serve quite warm!
